Im age 55, I've been a Philadelphia Phillies fan since I've been 10 years old. 1980 Was the year I started liking the Phillies. I loved how the Great Mike Schmidt played 3rd base. And also I loved to watch the greatest pitcher in my n opinion of all time. Steve the Great Carlton on the pitchers mound strike everyone out. And even tho Pete Rose went back to the Reds, and got caught cheating, but he was the best first baseman. At the time. MIKE Schmidt vrs George Brett on 3rD base. Carlton verses Nolen Ryan on strike outs i always thought that Steve Carlton was the better pitcher. I cant remember who Pete Rose battled again with the first base. Probably every first baseman. LOL Rose was that good he was the Best. But I remember watching my Phillies taking out Houston Astros, to go the the Word Series to play against the Kansas city Royals, for my beloved Philadelphia Phillies to win their FIRST ever World Series Championship Ever. Go Phills. That's right I said Go Phills
