The Shipping Protection Add-On is a great, low-cost way of protecting the investment you are making in your purchased item. If you purchase our Shipping Protection Add-On ($2.99), you will be fully protected from lost, damaged, and/or stolen shipments. If you purchased the add-on, and your item is returned to us due to carrier error or customer error (i.e. incorrect address entered at checkout), then we will issue a replacement right away rather than waiting until the item is returned to us before sending back out. We will also immediately replace lost / damaged / and stolen items if the add-on has been purchased (we will still require photo proof in most cases). Lastly, if the add-on shipping protection is purchased, we will consider replacing the item even if it is reported missing / stolen / damaged after the standard 30-day standard return window.
