    Shipment processing time

    All orders are processed and printed / embroidered within 2-4 business days. Items are then shipped out via USPS with transit times that usually take between 2 - 7 days.

    If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

     

    Shipping rates & delivery estimates

    We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $75, For any order under $75, estimated standard shipping is $5.99. Exact shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All items are printed on demand, so your order may take up to four days to fulfill. Once printed and shipped, transit time typically takes from 2-7 days (Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico may take longer). Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

    Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

    Phillygoat LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

     

    Damages

     Phillygoat LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. If you are unsure if the damage was caused during shipping or have any questions in general, then please contact ryan@phillygoat.com.
