"One small step for man, one giant leap for Birds fans."
On July 20, 1969, Apollo 11 astronauts Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin were the first people to set foot on the moon. What many people don't know (other than some very astute consipiracy theorists from the "215") is that instead of planting an American flag on the lunar surface, these two die-hard Birds fans actually planted an Eagles flag there. This was quickly covered up by our Washington, D.C.-based government (many of whom were Redskins fans at the time) and also Texas-based NASA, which was made up of many Dallas Cowboys fans.
We are here to clear up the hoax and shine a light on the truth that the moon landing was actually consummated with the planting of a giant kelly green, silver, and white "Go Birds" flag. Fly Eagles, Fly... all the way to the moon (and beyond).
