We honestly have no idea what is happening in the design on this toddler tee, and truth be told, we were pretty baked when coming up with it. Some strange dog-like creature walking upright and eating a quintuple stacked ice cream cone in front of a rainbow makes absolutely zero sense. Or maybe it makes all the sense?? Either way, who cares... We like it because it's different. And that's why we like Philly - because Philly is not normal.
